Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy 

Due to the size and nature of our restaurant, cancellations can have a very strong impact us. We require full payment of food menu ($245pp) at the time of booking as all sales are final and non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend for your dining experience we encourage you to transfer the booking to other guests of your choice.

Any booking amendments (change of date or party size) made with 7 days’ notice of your booking, shall be eligible to reschedule, at the discretion of restaurant staff. Any amendments to your reservation must be issued in writing via email to hello@restaurantbotanic.com.au. Where all changes to reservations will be based on availability.  

Please note our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (below) – if you are unable to attend your dining experience due to becoming covid positive or a close contact we will happily move your booking to a later convenient date.

Dietary requirements 

We can cater to all dietary requirements & allergies if given advance notice. Please email us at hello@restaurantbotanic.com.au to advise us of your requirements or add notes to the comments section when booking. Our venue follows all hygiene protocol and appropriate food handling practices. Whilst all care is taken in the preparation of all food, traces may still be present.

Age and Pram Policy

Children over the age of 5 are more than welcome to dine at Restaurant Botanic, but please be aware that no reduction in menu size or price is available. If you are bringing your child along with you then you must reserve them a seat and pay the menu price.

A kind note that our venue is not designed for prams or high chairs. 

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy 

We are doing everything we can to keep our community, guests, and staff safe, including sanitising all surfaces every hour, ensuring that we are abiding by density and social distancing rules and having a strict COVID-Safe Plan in place. All staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  If you have any questions at all about our procedures, then please email us at hello@restaurantbotanic.com.au 

Should the restaurant be forced to close or is unable to accommodate your reservation due to COVID related restrictions (including but not limited to lockdown in SA or government regulations reducing capacity) then we will provide credit for the total amount paid upon booking, to be used within 12 months of the date of your original booking. If the border closes between your residence and the restaurant, or if distance limits set by the government mean that you cannot attend your booking, then please email us at hello@restaurantbotanic.com.au before your booking and we can reschedule to any available date up to 12 months in advance.

Within 72 hours’ notice of your booking, if you:

  • Test positive for COVID-19

  • are considered a ‘Close Contact’

  • or are required to isolate or quarantine

We will require photo or email proof from the relevant Government Department (Police or Health Dept.) to retain credit for use within 12 months of booking date (emailed through to hello@restaurantbotanic.com.au).
